The Heart Health Dashboard is a real-time ECG and patient-monitoring interface built to make complex biometric data simple, clear, and accessible. It brings together ECG activity, connected medical devices, and personalized insights into one cohesive visualization system. Each element — from biometric summary cards to trend-tracking charts — is designed for accuracy, readability, and confidence in every interaction.

Creative challenges

One of the core challenges was presenting highly sensitive, data-dense cardiac information without overwhelming clinicians or patients. Continuous ECG streams, vitals, alerts, and device status all had to live on one screen while remaining instantly readable and clinically trustworthy.

We solved this with a clear visual hierarchy tailored to healthcare UI design. Balanced contrast, intuitive grouping, and clean typography highlight the most critical health metrics first. The result is a professional, calming monitoring dashboard that supports safe decisions even when real-time data is changing quickly.

Designing a healthcare-grade interface required seamless readability, fast comprehension, and a feeling of safety at every step. Our approach focused on presenting ECG lines, heart-rate trends, and vital signs in a way that users could interpret within seconds, without cognitive overload.

For real-world use, the layout is responsive across desktop and mobile, so monitoring stays accessible in clinics or on the move. Personalized insights and weekly heart-health trends add context around live readings, helping clinicians and patients understand progress without distracting from critical real-time data.
